The Boulder Masonic Building is operated by the Boulder Masonic Association, Inc. (BMAI). BMAI is a not-for-profit organization charged with the task of maintenance and up-keep of the Boulder Masonic Center located at 2205 Broadway, Boulder, Colorado 80302.
These facilities are jointly owned by Columbia Masonic Lodge #14, Boulder Masonic Lodge #45. These organizations have been dedicated to the service and well being of Boulder community and the surrounding area for over 140 years. (Which was before Colorado was a State.)
The original Boulder Masonic Lodge on 14th Street and Pearl that was destroyed in a terrible fire in 1945.
